Presenters:

Ivan Golden, a partner in Hahn Loeser’s Chicago office, works with private companies on a wide range of complex corporate and tax matters. Ivan’s clients have included contractors and other companies in the construction industry, and he has significant experience helping businesses address federal, state, and international tax matters.

Ann Knuth, an attorney in Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office, has over 20 years of experience guiding employers through the entire employment relationship, from hiring to termination. She has counseled businesses of all sizes, from start-up companies to international corporations to help them manage their human capital and meet their business goals. Ann leverages her deep understanding of labor and employment law to assist clients in building policies and proactively taking compliance measures to avoid costly litigation.

Suhas Shah is a founding partner of Intyllus Advisors. He has extensive experience in accounting, tax and business consulting, strategic management and succession planning, financial/tax planning and analysis, operational oversight and improvement, transaction advisory services, estate planning, cybersecurity audits, and accounting systems design and implementation. In addition, he is the author of several books taught in undergraduate studies relating to accounting, finance, cash flows, and ratio analysis.
