Under the Economic Development Administration’s (EDA)’s Economic Adjustment Assistance (EAA), Revolving Loan Funds (RLF) Program (FY20 PWEAA, NOFO, and its Addendum under the CARES Act Recovery Assistance), Southwest Florida Community Foundation is applying for an award to set up a Southwest Florida Small Business Revolving Loan Fund for $1.4 million. It would serve small businesses as they “prevent, prepare for and respond to” coronavirus in Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee Counties. Potential borrowers must demonstrate that credit is not otherwise available on terms and conditions that permit the completion or successful operation of the activity to be financed. In seeking this award, the Foundation invites input and comments until July 10, 2020.
