2018 Tribe Stories: Lee County Domestic Animal Services Rabies Vaccination.
The “Learn what’s right, avoid the bite” campaign is a bite and scratch prevention program for the community in conjunction with the Lee County School District, the Florida Department of Health in Lee County and Lee Health. The project will provide education to reduce bites and scratches from dogs and cats. In addition, Lee County Domestic Animal Services will disseminate information on how to reduce the risk of your dog roaming at large and how to prevent bites and scratches from stray, unowned cats.
