The Southwest Florida Community Foundation awards Capacity Grants to support the hiring of Capacity Coaches to assist with nonprofit capacity needs, such as strategic planning, board development/governance, financial management, outcome evaluation, resource development/fundraising, marketing, and organizational restructuring/mergers.
